FIRST QUESTIONNAIRE

INSTRUCTIONS: The following is a list of behaviors which could be used to describe a leader. Think about all of the characteristics that you feel a good leader would have (a leader in a business or a small organization, not a political leader). Try to create an image of the best leadership qualities, then answer this questionnaire with that image in mind, using the following scale:

0 = not often         1 = sometimes         2 = often
